Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Fees: After adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout, you will see the shipping fees. These are calculated based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. Currently, we do not offer free shipping worldwide.
  • Dispatch Time: We dispatch orders within 5 business days (BD) using counter service.
  • Shipping Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct. It cannot be changed after dispatch.
  • Postal System Issues: If your local postal system has delivery issues, please contact us.

▲ Hong Kong, Macau: SF Express (Pay shipping fee upon delivery)

▲ Other Regions: EMS, Airmail Parcel, International ePacket

  • EMS Postal Express: Economical and efficient. Typically arrives in 2-7 days.
  • Airmail Parcel: Most economical method. Arrives in 7-14 days. Trackable online or via written inquiries.
  • ePacket:
    • Ships from Taiwan to selected global destinations.
    • Max weight per parcel: 2kg.
    • Delivery starts from dispatch day. Excludes holidays, customs, etc.
    • Estimates for major cities. Add 1-2 days for other areas.
    • Weather conditions can affect delivery times.
    • Includes online tracking. No signature required.
    • Note: No inquiries or indemnity provided.
    • If your local postal system is unreliable, reconsider this method.

Order Status: After shipping, log in to our website to check your order status. Click the member account button (top right) > "My Account" > "Order History" > select the order number.

Overseas Returns and Exchanges Policy
